Stay at manali valley resorts was very comfortable. The staff, food, hospitality, room were all excellent. There were some issues related to water temporarily but staff was quick to fix it. Overall great and recommended.

Pantry staff was very rude. No basic amenities were provided, had to ask for basic things towel slippers / tissue paper roll and water too. Latch/lock of the room was not working properly. Also, they hand on their phone so that you don't disturb them if you need anything. Other guests were making so much of noise in the lobby area and hotel staff didn't even bother to ask them to stay clam. Disappointed to stay. No

The hotel stay was pleasant, the location of the property is great, overlooking the river and just a few mins car drive from Manali mall Road. The hotel is clean, the staff is very polite and efficient.

Location is good, FOOD was OK. Rooms are not clean

Room is good but it could be better, I was there on New Year eve and staff is more curies about making money than customer satisfaction. Hotel location is cool. But condition of rooms are pathetic. Hotel arrange some gala dinner for families but it look like local food only.

Food is very bad. Room facilities need improvement

Room is very good, but experienced light problem. Geyser problem. Welcome drink missed. Stayed for four nights but got buffet dinner day only. Complaints did not attend. Ex no napkins/tissues at the wash basin. Ward robe hangers missing. At reception pleasing/ humble service missing. Taking it casual.

Simple rooms for a named called honeymoon suite

WiFi was not at all working No bar facilities Cleanliness was okay At night no emergency facilities available For ex - there was a big spider in our room at approx 12:30 am and I called up for the reception and they said that their is nobody available right now But I'll try to send somebody out there to help you But nobody came whole night Just a formality
