Excellent ambience and in the heart of the city. Excellent service and well maintained hotel. The food quality was very good.

Very poor experience with make my trip. hotel room not good. Very small room and view bad room service good food good

stayed at this hotel for 2 days. stay was average. service was like 2 star hotel. never felt like staying at 4 star hotel. just an average hotel with overpriced as its close to mall road. not much options in breakfast. they are giving an 20 rupees mrp tagged bottle at 60 rs plus gst. what a loot.

All hotel property is very good. But bathrooms is not clean properly. And food is good. But you mention online properly which food items served or not.

The food was quite good and the hotel staff was very respectful and helpful. Rooms were clean, and the balcony view was amazing.

My overall experience staying in piccadily was satisfying. They have maintained a good hygiene level in the premises. Customer service was also above par. It is very near to mall road. What i disliked was poor connectivity of the wifi especially in my room.

Hotel is good. But in terms of value for money, it is okaish. The hotel will give you a feel of colonial era. The staffs were very polite. Food was average. The main plus points are it's location and heritage.

Room was different from the booked one. It was not a suitable one- curtains were not proper, couch was untidy etc etc

The stay was not as expected. They breached our privacy multiple times which was not as per our expectations. We will not recommend it to anyone.

It is a good hotel with spacious room. Staff was courteous. Food was delicious. Location is near mall road. Exhaust was not working in washroom. It needs improvement.

The location was great! the room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! also there was free wi-fi in all the hotel premises! the breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

The hotel staff was rude and greedy and nothing worked right in the room the beds were not comfortable and the hot water need to wait 10 mins and food very spicy felt like eating only peppers

Whole hotel requires major renovation. Bathrooms are horrible. Wooden material and tiles are all coming out
