The host Ms. Nina is a wonderful person, at the age of 81 she is doing such amazing work which is commendable. The house is in the very posh area of Delhi. The room was spacious and breakfast was very tasty

The place is good but had mosquitoes suck my blood all night. Duvet, pillows and sheets need to be replaced. They are too old and falling apart.

Hi ,Ameet....thank you for your very relevant feedback.... I have now bought a mosquito zapper ..the brand is called Avro..a LED light attracts them and they they are killed. The only negative point about it is that the noise is quite disturbing. I have also ordered new farzis from Jaipur. I really appreciated ur feedback on aspects which sometimes go unnoticed by hosts but which are obvious to guests.

It is a worst place to stay and environment around and inside the rooms was very bad with burial ground in its surroundings they are cheating the customers with wrong reviews and ratings i lost my money because of this hotel i am very terrible experience in this rooms

The stay was amazing! she has a wonderful place. The host is so kind and is full of joy, she is so welcoming. The terrace is so beautiful and there is a sense of calmness there. I had a very comforting stay there. All the functioning was so smooth, we didn't have much finding the property also and the host has a kind heart, she was very helpful as well.

Ms. Kochhar is the most gracious person and very welcoming. The accommodation is good though a little dated. Being on the second floor with no lift can be challenging with luggage especially for senior citizens. The home stay is well located with the metro station close by and good eating places within walking distance.

Nice location. Comfortable stay. Great host. Breakfast could have been better for the price, maybe with eggs and salads and fruits. Also, the toilet is shared with the host in case you take the second room as well. But it was a family atmosphere and naina aunty is a very nice host.

The place is very peaceful and the host is very considerate and kind. I wish to stay next time soon. In delhi’s hustle bustle, to find such a place is unique in itself. The house has vintage feel to it. Lot of history attach and the art on walls is so appealing. Not to forget about wooden stairs ( kind of dutch stairs) seen first time in delhi house. )

If you're lucky you'll get to see peafowl on the terrace. You share common space with the host, she's a very warm person. There's a convenience store nearby and zomato, swiggy deliver to the doorstep, if you don't want to cook. 5

I stayed with Nina on my first-ever visit to India in September 2022 and couldn’t have chosen a better place! Her home is an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Delhi, a city that can be an assault on your senses sometimes. She even has a beautiful and cosy roof terrace. But most importantly, Nina is such a kind and and welcoming person. She dedicated an incredible amount of time to helping me with plans for exploring the city every day. Her suggestions were very helpful and it was a pleasure chatting with her because you can learn so much about Indian culture, cooking and lots of other things that are important in life. 😊She even organized yoga classes for me in her home. I liked staying with her so much that I even booked an extra night (4 nights in total). I can highly recommend Nina’s Homestay and will be happy to come back!

A great place to stay hosted by a great personality

The naina kochhar's homestays is located in a very posh society of new delhi and is equipped with a very comfortable and beautiful living facilities. The society is gaurded constantly by a security staff and had no issues. The rooms and kitchen facilities were hygienic and constantly assisted by the host and the helping staff.
