In my view the cost is little high than the service i got. The room has no phone to call at reception, No TV, No lift to climb 2 floors with luggage. Please upgrade the if possible. No breakfast facility. The Best in this property: Helpful staff, good level of Hygiene, very close (Walking Distance) to Lajpatnagar Market.

It was an amazing experience. The property was indeed really well maintained be it the rooms and specially the washrooms. The garden area was a plus plus , loved it. Hats off to the caretakers - Amit & Balika. They were really helpful and being a hotelier myself I loved how they were putting a human touch to their service rather than just being a “staff”. Will surely visit again.

Please don’t book this hotel It looks nothing like the pictures shown online. The photos are completely misleading, the actual place is run-down, poorly maintained, and feels extremely suspicious the moment you arrive. The surroundings don’t feel safe, and the overall vibe is uncomfortable . It’s honestly not worth the money, no matter how attractive the listing might look. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this property altogether.

The toilet facility is very poor, and there is no proper water flow on the floor. The owner is very rude and not flexible. For just 4 hours of stay, she is charging for one person and not allowing three people to stay, even though we were ready to pay extra for an additional bed. Very disappointing experience.

excellent villa with very tastefully interior done. Nice place to stay close to Lajpat nagar market. thanks to Balika, Shankar and Amit. i hope i remember all the names correctly for all the caretakers. 😀. Overall nice place to stay.

horrible place no service the guys are never there no clean drinking water. toilets are filthy and can't even sit on pot. extremely dirty ac not working no one responded no glasses even to drink water television not functioning. horrible the photos are all morphed never visit seems more like a sidey depleted hotel made in a old bunglow with any thing at all. even after checking out the rooms are used by people and management did not even bother to call us no proper directions.
