Pearl Homes, Family BnB Homestay

We have been allotted roon no 105, its family suits with balcony. Owner mr. H. Garg is very co-operative and allow us little early check-in and late check out. Rooms were neat, clean and well furnished. Only thing is bathroom is little small and after use water floating on the floor and for complete drain out water its take time, which can be managed to see the location and cost of accommodation. Staffs mr. Sagar and akash are also nice and good behaved. Food served to us was good. I would definitely recommend to my family members and colleagues whenever they visiting delhi to staying here.

The property is close to the University road. Plenty of E rickshaws are available. The rooms are well maintained. bathroom is near. housekeeping is available. There's an in house kitchen. Homely food is available. The owner, Mr. Harshul is friendly..The caretaker, Mr. Sarju is very helpful. It's a quiet & a peaceful place. I will definitely stay when I visit North Delhi again.

I had a family stay at Pearl Premium Homes, on the main road of Shakti Nagar. The owner Mr. Harshul is a wonderful host, he helped me with nearby places/shops which reduced my googling efforts 😉. My room was spacious with a balcony. AC and Smart TV are available. Breakfast was included with multiple options, it was delicious. Definitely recommended for family.

If you have any plan to visit delhi & stay there for a few days, then this is the wise choice as this is fur better than any Pearl Homes, Family BnB Homestays in nearby areas. Rooms are equipped with all modern amenities & and staff are very courteous & obedient. It was a great experience to stay there for 2 days.

Best experience, absolute value for the money, the room was spacious with a refrigerator ac, washroom were neat and clear there was a balcony also for early checkin they charged 728 rupees extra overall 9/10 rating

I stayed in the facility for 10 days and the rooms and facilities are really good. The safety and security is well taken care of. There is 24x7 cc tv surveillance. The staff are well behaved and helpful.

Finding the property is easy with google maps, food is excellent, host and care taker behavior and interation with us is very good, i prefer to stay again and again when ever i go to delhi
