The room was small, although justifiable for the price they are charging. The room was clean. It had an AC, two fans, a Smart TV with only YouTube (one needs to use their respective app subscriptions for other entertainment apps like Hotstar or Prime etc). They were even thoughtful to provide a mosquito repellent. The washroom (also small) was clean. It has a geyser. They provide good food cooked in their own kitchen. The place can be easily located. Nearest metro station is Vishwavidyalaya. The owner and his staff were courteous and well mannered.

The property is close to the University road. Plenty of E rickshaws are available. The rooms are well maintained. bathroom is near. housekeeping is available. There's an in house kitchen. Homely food is available. The owner, Mr. Harshul is friendly..The caretaker, Mr. Sarju is very helpful. It's a quiet & a peaceful place. I will definitely stay when I visit North Delhi again.

familyWe have been allotted roon no 105, its family suits with balcony. Owner mr. H. Garg is very co-operative and allow us little early check-in and late check out. Rooms were neat, clean and well furnished. Only thing is bathroom is little small and after use water floating on the floor and for complete drain out water its take time, which can be managed to see the location and cost of accommodation. Staffs mr. Sagar and akash are also nice and good behaved. Food served to us was good. I would definitely recommend to my family members and colleagues whenever they visiting delhi to staying here.

I stayed in the facility for 10 days and the rooms and facilities are really good. The safety and security is well taken care of. There is 24x7 cc tv surveillance. The staff are well behaved and helpful.
