Terrible Stay
Rooms were not upto the mark. Booked for extra mattress, they have given worst mattress. overall 0, think once before booking. or visit once before booking.

Terrible Stay
Worst experience. Room had filthy walls and big stained towels. AC was broken. Ultimately had to shift to different hotel next doors.

property manager will show u a bad room first and then tell u to upgrade it even if u have booked a good room he will show u a poor room

Food was average Location was good Facilities were worst And even the ac is lekaing and flush was not working properly, telephone was also not working, and if somebody is coming to meet you they don't allow to meet u have to go out for meeting

the tap didn't work, the shower didn't work properly and the regulator on the fan was broken, fan could only work at full speed

Ashutosh provided everything we need in time and hotel provided good service but they hotel was little unhygienic

Good Stay But Average Rooms
Though I got the room changed immediately as the did not like the first shady room which was allotted and Staff was warm to greet and provide the essential which were not available in the room. Only thing to look at is the poor room maintenance which needs the revamp of the utility services.

Poor Stay
Location is quite interior, food was below par, rooms were claustrophobic, on switching on the bathroom geyser appliances i got electrified from the metal attachments in the bathroom. Complete nightmare

Poor Stay
Very few amenities provided from the listed ones The only thing they provided was Bed,AC,TV which was fine. Towel, curtains had stain marks,Bedsheet had small hole near one side. Flush was not working so i asked the staff to fix it Reminded them 2 times to fill handwash which was almost empty they took the bottle to fill it but didn't bother to give it back I had Complimentary breakfast and before booking on a call they said they had buffet breakfast but it wasn't there They asked me Tea,toast or Aalo paratha I Got tea and during putting bread in toaster a mouse ran from it so i denied to eat from it and asked them to toast bread on Pan This all is TRUE nothing personal with any hotel staff I don't generally write reviews but i put an effort to describe in detail what happened Very few amenities provided from the listed ones The only thing they provided was Bed,AC,TV which was fine. the hotel was good and the staff was also good and cooperative but the one disappointing thing was that i have been there 2 times and i saw that they charge extra for restaurant and even they charge for a single water bottle which was very disappointing i hope next time they will not do this thank you
