I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all essential facilities, ensuring a comfortable experience. The only downside was the restaurant, as the menu had limited options and could be improved with more variety. Additionally, reaching the property was slightly inconvenient due to road closures and metro construction work in the area. Overall, it was a good stay with scope for improvement in dining and accessibility.

Firstly, the check in timing was 10 am, we arrived at 10.50am, still they delayed the check-in process by 30 minutes. Secondly, when we got the key, while going to the room, we used the elevator and got stuck inside. No cell services were available, and we pressed the emergency alarm for a long time but no one heard. After a lot of tries, finally we got some network and contacted the lift managing services who then informed the hotel reception who got us out of it. Highly unreliable place, one Must never visit this place. thirdly, after these huge chaos, they just apologised barely, and gave no compensation for their mistakes, talked rudely. SO IF YOU ARE NEW, EVEN THOUGH THE AMBIENCE OF THE STAY LOOKS NICE, SERVICES ARE WORST OF ALL, MUST NEVER BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL.

Excellent experience, the staff is polite and well behaved. The rooms are in top notch condition with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet is really great.. looking forward to staying here again.

The hotel is not professional starting from breakfast where there are limited options with terrible taste and the have short of towels even after cleaning. on complaining also the staff is trying to convince to adjust and there is no solution with rude behavior.

Room was average Last day i asked for water bottle which was finished no water bottle in hotel Poor location parking space not a available And make my trip mentioned for laundry service they denied for laundry

All the management were great. Food was great. Hotel rooms were well maintained. Staffs were great. Overall all experience was excellent.

Staff was very uncooperative, bathroom amenities were not given , even the towels which were given in the rooms were dirty , called up the manager thrice to get it changed . I have Ordered French Fries , which normal human being can't eat . unhygienic food . Owner of the hotel should change the staff if he was to run the hotel .

Stay was quite nice but they did something which i didn’t like, i ordered curd rice, they gave me just curd, when cross questioned, they said it is now updated on the computer we can’t do anything, no sorry nothing, didn’t even accepted their mistake

Had a great stay! The staff was super supportive and even helped us with an early check-in. The food was really good, rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall the experience was amazing. All at affordable rates.

The staff of this property isn't very professional. We waited for more than half an hour to get the room. The way to this property is also very bad as the road is completely damaged & inaccessible by a vehicle, you may have to walk a few steps to reach there. The quality of the rooms wasn't up to the mark, dirty & smelly. We could expect the quality of the property when the staff didn't even agree to turn on the lights at the reception. Worst part was when someone tried to enter our room at 1AM by continuously trying to open the room with a duplicate key. On enquiring we got to know that the hotel staff allocated a duplicate key to one more set of guests. Pathetic experience,

The room was neat and clean. The staff and food were both nice as well. The only problems I had was the constant smell of sewage in the bathroom due to which I had to spray my own perfume every now and then and the location of property. Due to metro construction you can’t call the cab directly at the location and it’s a bit confusing, especially if it’s raining.

Hotel doesn't have road to reach via cab, you have to walk. Breakfast starts at 8.30am, doesn't have literally anything. poor quality rooms, non working AC and TV. Just Horrible is the word. And to top this, receptionist are all arrogant, no sense to talk forget helping

I appreciate the opportunity to stay at this price point. The property was new and well maintained, which I really liked. However, I did notice that the room was a bit smaller than what the photographs suggested. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Recently I visited saltstayz select pitampura I faced a lot of trouble like power cut down no spokesperson on the reception insects in the blanket No early guaranted check in-out And the property manager offers me a complimentary room upgrade for my next stay but this room is also not hygienic and also electric boards are broken and services from the hotel reception is also bad

Manager was so rude, we have called them many times before arriving but they didn’t picked up, when we arrived i called them again in front of them to check still they are not picking, when i told them about this Manager started behaving rudely and allotted the worst room of that hotel. Room is very clean

Clean property. Parking could be tough as there is work going on. Overall 5*. Easy check in and checkout
