Saltstayz Premier - Paschim Vihar

Terrible experience at this hotel, they handed over a duplicate key to some other person who barged into my room, no privacy at all, when asked how did this happen they justified that they handed the master key to the other person! I kept asking for fresh towels during the whole stay, didn't get it till the end as well. To reach the hotel you have to drive on the wrong side and then go into narrow road. Overall the staff behaviour and their client dealing from the managers has been terrible. I asked for a written apology, and the manager just went home without even sending me the justification about how could they hand the master key to someone else !

Didn’t provide the room as i booked. Unnecessary botheration at the time of checkout inspite of complimentary 2 hrs late check out. Services are not good.

I had a very disappointing experience at StayzHotel Primer. I had booked my room 2 days in advance with a check-in time of 2 PM. I arrived at 4 PM, well after the scheduled time, yet the hotel staff told me that no rooms were available and asked me to wait. I ended up waiting for over 1 hour and 30 minutes in the lobby before finally getting a room. The reception staff kept saying “the room will be available shortly,” but there was no sense of responsibility or apology for the delay. This is not acceptable, especially when the booking was confirmed and payment was made in advance. Such poor management and lack of customer service reflect badly on the property. Extremely disappointed — would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth or reliable stay.

Good ambience with cozy rooms. Was good experience. Service was really nice. Roadside view is not that good though

geyser leakage, flies in room, food was not good - jeera rice was full of oil, entry road to the hotel was closed as road work is on

My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was polite, food was tasty, and the location was perfect for travel. Would definitely recommend this property for a peaceful stay.

It's a lodge. The rooms were not clean and everything was done only after asking them. The entrance is blocked due to road work and there was no notice about it. Was difficult to even get there especially with bags. we could not even stay there for an hour. the bathrooms were smelly and it left like a cheap

The room was dirty even bedsheet pillows cover were dirty they have no internet connection in room and room service was too bad The room was not at all like the picture these people had shown online.
