I checked in at 1 PM and was first given a very small room. I requested a change, but the second room had the AC dripping directly onto the bed and the bathroom was also in poor condition. I spoke with three different staff members to raise a complaint and request another room, but they kept offering me only small rooms. One staff member even told me that they don’t provide bigger rooms for MakeMyTrip bookings. Finally, I had to contact MakeMyTrip customer care, and only then was I moved to a bigger room. Unfortunately, even that room had issues—the bathroom was again in terrible condition, and the towels and bedsheets had visible stains. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

My last stay here was good. I came along with my partner for a single night stay. The staff's behaviour was well towards us. Good experience overall!

We had a great stay, check in was good , even they gave me early check in although it was 1 hour only but it was a life saver for me coz of the travel I did I was exhausted

The stay was really comfortable and pleasant. The staff was polite and quick to respond to any requests. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect, close to metro and good eateries. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay

if you are doing your check in at 1 pm only book this hotel because they will charge you extra 500 for early check in even if they have many rooms available but still they will charge this amount or check in at 1pm

Room was okay...but in the lobby smells very bad

I went there before booking my stay they said the price then I booked and the price went down. When I went in there again the receptionist said the booking hasn’t been confirmed we have to wait. When we checked into the hotel the AC was not working there was no ventilation and when I called the reception to complaint he said that’s what happens when we book because they had only one room left so they had to check us in that room where the AC was not working. The receptionist was rude. Then we had to shift the room upon requesting. Overall not a good experience

they take anither rs 510 for deluxe room i was provided the notmal room where i have booked the deluxe and when i mentioned this to reception they charged me more 510 rs . two things i wanna say first i will never book this hotel again and second i will never book

Room was so small, and shower is just above to pot. There was not enough space to get shower, it was very messy room. I will not recommend to anyone.

Dirty room walls are very dirty never visit again .... dirty room walls are very dirty n smelly rooms so i don’t visit again
