When I asked the help of the property they said that it's not their job and asked me to complaint OYO.
this incident was alarming .
I kept the door open
no common area fridge to store insulin injections
Hygiene and Cleanliness:
The bathroom closet was extremely dirty with what seemed to be permanent stains and deposits.
The room had a constant unpleasant odor.
Insects were present, especially around food, making dining very uncomfortable.
Housekeeping was not done for three consecutive days, despite repeated requests.
Staff Behavior: The hotel staff were not friendly or responsive, and failed to address even the basic concerns during the stay.
Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience, and it’s disappointing to have encountered such poor conditions, especially when booking through a reputed platform like ease my trip . I expected a much better standard of service and comfort.
