Terrible stay.
To begin with. It's not a family hotel at all. If you are looking to stay with family. Please look elsewhere. Not cost effective as the hotel lacks basic amenities. 1. No cleanliness observed, cockroaches roaming about in rooms. 2. No parking facility. We had a terrible experience when we returned late at night from an event and couldn't find a parking space ( which was earlier promised to us by the staff). After an hour long argument with highly rude staff who were not willing to co-operate, we were asked to park on the road. The staff and the manager mr. Pawan were totally unsympathetic to our plight and utterly unapologetic about the harassment that they caused our family, including a senior citizen and a toddler. Not recommended at all. Stay away !

Terrible Stay
Stay is good some problem we face but that not too big at the end stay is peaceful and enjoyable, and also prices by mmt is totally satisfactory and the food is awesome staff is very kind, rooms is very clean i totally suggest this property thank you so much for your inevitable support. Sorry but i don't have any images thank you.

Room photo ke hisab se chotee the karan holiday ke, tv proper work nhi kr rah a tha line aarhi thi us-me, sofa photo me tha room mein nhi. Or jo w ah milk powder raka tha woh expire tha. Or cattle thi us-me se bhat smell arhi thi kaise bhat tym se wash na hui ho

For breakfast and time problum
soloBread related breakfast is always served. It takes a lot of time to bring breakfast. To have morning tea we have to wait at least till 8:30 am

familyHotel is very bad no response from staff to guest no sugar no milk they have lot of time we say for that but no response i never suggest to go this hotel

Courteous staff
Special mention about nirmal singh bhandari is required who ensured that our special requirements about food are met.

A very comfortable stay
No doubt it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very clean and the staff was also well behaved. Only one problem i faced. I needed tea early morning from the kitchen as i was a bit tired to make it myself in the room. I was politely told that the kitchen started at 8am. Rest everything was perfect.

Commercial hotel without food facilities
Located in second and third floor of a commercial complex. Property not maintained. Even reception counter is damaged. Door latches not working. Washroom glass cabin have spots. No fan but window ac only. Kitchen not functional before nine am. Only ready sandwich and tea available at heavy cost.
