Review Of Bamyan-The Boutique Hotel

The rooms are almost broken, lift is from 1st floor and only few good front office staff. The only consolation- the chef is good. The food is actually nice

The best thing about hotel bamyan is its location, the rooms are not bad but the breakfast starts only at 8:00am and the arrangements are terrible!

Location is good but the prices according to the property atandard are to high. Its not worthy according to pricing. I paid 5300 for. A night stay.

My stay was awesome. The staff was great. The service was wonderful. I don’t know why are they rates so low. They deserve 4. 5 star.

Good experience at Bamyan. It is very conveniently located right next to Moolchand metro station. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Helped me with an early check-in as well. Would like to visit again on my next trip.

There was no menu for the food items. The food was limited. They didn't served the bill. Everything was verbal.

Worst property lot of mosquitoes bed bugs and ac was not working pathetic

Worst experience ever. The hotel had only 1 staff available. Didn’t feel safe with my daughters. Changed hotel within 30 mins to another hotel. Didn’t get refund at all. Told them to deduct 1 day’s rent but they didn’t. Wasn’t the money’s worth.

Located at a prime location. The hotel served complimentary breakfast, the taste was good. Amenities and services were good.

Rate which this hotel is charging is just not justified with the services they are offering ac not working kitchen always remain close room smells a lot

It was the most unpleasant stay. Apart from location nothing is good poor rooms bad staff poorly maintained hotel no food after 9:00 bad buffet served black channa in breakfast buffet with poori shocking by saying this is the standard serving with poori was charged 70 for auqafina water bottle

Ac was not working properly, 3 rooms changed, smart tv was not working properly, food no buffet option as shown in images, when asked they said regularly we have buffet but today we don’t have

Well located near a metro station. Easy availability of other public transport too. Near a major junction makes it a bit noisy till late evening. The room was large, but accessible by climbing some steps till the first floor and then only can you reach the elevator. Bit of a pain, really. The shower didn't function well. Hot water flow was very poor. Had to use bucket for a bath. Staff was good, if available. The cook went off for two days, so no meals available. One has to order from swiggy or something! breakfast starts only at 8. 30. If you have an early start, forget having breakfast. I didnt get on two of the three days i stayed.
