Feedback on My Stay at OYO Raas O Hotel (17th–21st December)
Dear OYO Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at OYO Raas O Hotel from 17th to 21st December. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to several issues:
**Basic Amenities Missing**: There was no hot water or shower in the room, which caused significant inconvenience during my stay.
*Staff Behaviour**: The staff displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, making the overall experience even more unpleasant.
I chose OYO based on its reputation, but this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope you will take corrective measures to ensure this does not happen to future guests.
Kindly look into this matter and address my concerns at the earliest.
