Room was good .. Decent Clean And Silent .. Everything was good & Staff behaviour is also very good..

The rooms are okay but the bathrooms smell terrible. The water is even more atrocious, it stinks and I felt like I would be poisoning myself if I washed myself with that. The food is overpriced. They forget to give you water for drinking everyday, you have to remind them of it. However the ac works and the rooms themselves are okay.

a lot of adjustments were required.. water cattle was kept unwashed.. They provide you 500 ml X 2 water bottle per day with 2 people accommodation. No geyser available.

there's not any facilities available according to fair price washroom not cleared and damaged done parts or use

i came for my exam at pawanganga centre. stay was very nice and pleasant. very near to centre. room are comfortable for exam point of view has charging & hot water and table chair facility

2:30 afternoon when I arrived at reception. I got terrible welcome. a guy and lady was attending there immediately said "full he full he," (it's full!) like they are eager to throw me out, even before I said anything. then I had to prove that I booked and i already paid. they checked for 10 minutes . she looked at guy and said "dekh koi na koi room to abhi ready ho hi sakta he." ( they were doing all this while talking unnecessary things, laughing, enjoying together, as if they are on vacation and not on duty!), after 30 minutes they provided me with room. Biggest issue however is salty water in there bathroom (not mildly salty! it's more salty than even soda, like worse than I experienced in my native village 20 years ago, the saltiest I have ever experienced!) so much that I had to use drinking water for brushing and cleaning my face. also their food is twice as expensive as normal rates and no outside food is allowed.

We had very good time there it was very private and silent and let's talk about the room it was very spacious we loved it.

Terrible experience with booking only paid the ammount but dont get the hotel

Good rooms but poor maintenance

The overall room was nice. Food was expensive but good. But i mainly faced below issues. 1. There were cockroaches everywhere specially near toilet 2. The water in bathroom was very salty like sea water 3. They don't have 24 hour geyser facility available. Only in morning around 7 am they started the boiler. I had to leave early by 7 somewhere but i had to delay it since the hot water was not available. 4. At night when i was sleep, someone from the staff kept talking till 2-3 am. It made my sleep disturbed.

Rooms were ok but with less facilities. Geyser was not working. Water in taps was very salty. Staff cooperated but felt hotel lacked in giving facilities.

No hot water for shower none of the toiletries were provided washroom was not hygienic

My review about the hotel 1. Hotel stay was peaceful, the hotel is just 200m from the mudka metro station ,lies on main road so easy to locate and reach, the reception and the rooms are on the 2nd floor , lift is available,easy checkin was given by the hotel reception staff, other hotel staff was also dedicative, cooperative and helpful , room and washroom were clean , ac and lightening were working beautifully, the stay was a relaxed one but.one drawback of rainy season is that .water logging on road is a common problem on road around here in mudka area of delhi had a

Hotel staff denied to give us room. When we reached at midnight 11 pm. And tomorrow we had urgent meeting and exam to give. First he said no room left, then staff said we don't have your booking. Staff was arrogant, uncooperative, un professional, hotel room was not upto mark, bathroom was dirty, unhygienic, tap water was full of salt in it. Totally pathetic experience

Room was clean and neat. Bathroom and bed was huge and comfort. Good place to stay while exploring the city, overall liked the place.

A nice place to visit and stay. Staff is good and wecloming. Food taste and food service is also good. They made our visit success.
