C Pearls Hotel & Banquet

Extremely poorly maintained property. U will have go call room service for atleast 10-20 times each day. For soap, tissue, towels, water, geyzer,tap, water bottle, all out. Food & room is good. But service is pathetic. Each and every part of equipment are faulty.,

property is ok but in washroom no taps working properly and cockereches exist in washroom that was the worst thing all things are chargeable and room price was too high according to situation of the room and no one can face was in bathroom because watter in taste is too much bitter.

No lift. You’ll have to take stares for 2nd floor !! No cleanliness, the room, the washroom. Nothing was clean.. Water was so Bad ..

First of all I reached there, the room was smelling, then room freshener was used, then the TV was not working, it was checked, then after that I had to be kept in a cool drinking freezer, I was told at the reception that the freezer did not come in the room, then there was no water for the bathtub in the room and there was no water in the room

Food was very good.water quality pathetic and very salty.Also,water supply was irregular.

Room are neat and clean and also have very big space in affordable price . Reception staff behaviour is very polite

Hotel room was good. Room service is a little delay

l Location is on the side of the drain. There are no good facilities. No one listens even if you speak once. There is no way to cross the drain. Room service is very bad. Food is very expensive. Doors do not lock properly.

One of the worst hotel to stay. Everything was worst i.e, the room service, the washroom and television.Firstly there was no 24* 7 room service.No drinking water. No presence of basic amenities like toothbrush,paste and all.Forget all about this, they still did not prepared the room, the mattress were dirty,the water was salty,television has no connection,wifi was poor, in washroom all sanitary handles and bath tub was rusted. See the irony, they charge more in the name of bathtub and still they are not maintaing it properly. Inspite of charging so high price, they have not given 25% of the price that they took. The features that they show in photos are completely different from real. I would like refund as the stay for which i paid was not pleasant. Kindly don’t book hotels through MMT and do not book c pearl hotel and banquet,mundka for your stay.

it's OK OK experience not that great. Water Quality was not great ,ot looks like it boarwell water provided in bathroom.

All are bad experience

The room was spacious, with good amenities. The hotel mainly caters to marraige functions. However, the tap water was too salty and we had to purchase drinking water. The location is terrible in an industrial area outskirts of delhi. To conclude, the individual hotel is well enough, but the locality is polluted, dusty with open drains.

The room and facilities are very very good but the hotel is more focused on events, marriage etc. The receptionist was rude i asked for an early check in then she said " cancel kar do or kahi hotel kar lo h mare lye saadi wale guest jyda important h. After 12 pm they started cleaning the room.

The amenities were there room were spacious service was good

Room was good bathroom not much , toiletries not available and reception was helpful but slow. Drinking water too overpriced.
