Super Hotel JP Palace

First of all.... location is ok . Next comes to hotel service - I found that my calls or my request are being delayed...... landline didn't worked for the room I checked in first....... secondary there was cigarette smoke all over the hotel ..... infact my room was smelling hell of it........ thirdly I got the info that they prepare veg and non veg all in 1... Like how can they serve the same to vegetarian people???? It was my last option to stay there else I could have found better stay. Room didn't had enough space. And not at all pleasant according to price. I found terrible stay, terrible staff, and unsatisfied service from the hotel. Wifi doesn't work appropriate .and much more . Never recommend to anyone.

Service was amazing, clean rooms and polite staff, everything was good about this place. I stayed for 12 nights

Room cleanliness is pathetic, absolutely not maintained, towels, bed sheets are not cleaned, food quality also bad, moreover staff behavior is rude, especially the receptionist's behaviors are not polite. Highly not recommended this hotel for stay and food.

One of the worst hotel i never seen in my life staff not supporting providing cold food in breakfast. Argumenting much reception manager not having manners please don't book hotel jogger palace near metro station.

Bed sheets, pillow cover, blanket cover all were very old and even washed. Asked for evening tea and morning tea no one served it. Winters are its peak no hot water available to take bath. .

I had booked breakfast by paying extra money but later he told me that your breakfast is not booked and said that your booking was done through a 3rd party app
