.not any take booking responsibility and hotel staff was rude and not supportive..Room very dirty and not any cleaning maintain as per rate of hotel ..My booking inside complimentary breakfast was book and take charge but reception staff not allowed and he was told me ask to make my trip not me ..I was show my invoice of booking but he was ignor not good for women’s

breakfast was showing when I booked hotel but when reach at hotel they informed breakfast was not included.

Breakfast is included in booking but still they have not been given by them. when we asked then talked to rudely.

The cleanliness was very poor. The conversation of the attendant at the reception was very poor. deposit the amount at the counter, otherwise it will take time to get the room. Had to wait a long time to get the room.

Ac is not properly working and so dirty washroom. Staff is not responding not inside toilet paper toilet seat is so bad

The room attendant behavior is not good. The room maintains zero. Daily cleaning not don. It is my bed experience

Very arrogant behaviour at reception. The reception desk man talking very arrogantly and doesn’t even gave attention towards customers. I checked in after 7 pm n checked out before 11pm in night. He said you can check out now. And this is the worst experience by any hotel staff in Pune… I’m going to complain this in consumer forum…

Pathetic experience. Its not suits family. Make me trip is too bad to choose a family hotel by my experience. Let me say no means to blame hotel but make me trip is ult-er failure to choose an accommodation according to the basis of the tariff

Really very bad experience. Room was not clean it was dirty. They didn't provide room what we select and worst thing they give me room at 5th floor but lift not working. Staircase usage only. Very very bad. Washroom door lock was damage.

The service is terrible. There was no hygiene in the bathroom. They did not provide with ac remote, towel and basic stuff. Had to call and ask for almost everything. There was no breakfast provided. Terrible services

Pathetic hotel and worst service...dirty rooms and dirty toilet, no hot water, no breakfast. Not recommendable to anyone for stay. no response from your backend team after sending so many reminders on mail as they committed breakfast in the voucher and hotel has not provided any complimentary breakfast. I need the refund for this as such kind of poor service is unacceptable.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel rajdhani and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The problems began the moment i entered the room - the water in the bathroom was not only disgustingly dirty but also emitted a foul, putrid smell that made me feel nauseous. As if the revolting water wasn't enough, the staff members were equally disappointing. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and seemed completely indifferent to the issues i raised. When i asked to speak to the manager about the appalling condition of the room, i was met with nothing but excuses and a complete lack of concern for my comfort. To add insult to injury, when i requested an early check-in due to my travel schedule, the hotel had the audacity to charge me an exorbitant amount for the privilege. This blatant money-grabbing tactic left a sour taste in my mouth and further solidified my negative opinion of this establishment. In conclusion, i would strongly advise anyone considering staying at hotel rajdhani to steer clear. The unclean water, unpleasant odors, unprofessional staff, and exploitative policies make this hotel a prime example of what a hospitality experience should not be. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodation elsewhere where your comfort and well-being are actually valued.

Very unhygienic washrooms. Female receptionist was very rude. Rooms very small. Worst food. Never ever going to stay here

Very bad experience, not recommended, worst experience, location wise ok, but still not recommended.

I had booked the hotel at around 10:52pm on 26/04/2024 and checked in at around 11:20 pm and i had slept but waked up at around 4 am because there was no power supply my room was dark had no fan no ac working and i called the reception and they told me the there is a problem in the main line and they restored the supply but the ac was not working and i was feeling to hot in the i had particularly booked the ac room but it was of no use i had also checked the amenities and it was mentioned that there is power backup but the power backup didn't worked for the ac it is not the customer's concerned that the power backup is for on lights and fan and not the ac they are charging and we doing the payment so they should have made the arrangements to make the ac work i had not slept for even 2 hours waste of money and time i had also made the complaint in make my trip app at same time when the power supply was not there and i had also got the call back from make my trip team but till now no solution had been given to me and i had also checked also trusting make my trip is not dependable only thinking of business not customers satisfaction also in all reviews i had gone through was that they also had faced the power supply problem the hotel management is turning of the ac supply i to save the electricity bill because at morning i called the reception they told me the ac supply was off and they turned it on at morning when i was going to check out waste of money and time.

Non responsible person, no cleaning, when our try to resolve their issues they making too much delay and results are also zero. While booking we book excluding breakfast but but they said in their system don't show booking of breakfast.

The room was good but i suffered electrical cutoff issue many time during my 3 days stay. Bathroom was not clean and was not good, also with my bookings breakfast was complimentary but at hotel i haven’t got any food complementary. The hotel staff strictly refuse to give the breakfast complimentary.

Worst hotel ever, worst staff behaviour. Receptionist lady very unwelcoming. She disregarded my booking initially. I paid extra to ask for the same category room. they repeatedly got a person to knock the door and disturb my sleep when i was very tired. I had a few hours to rest before my flight back. they are a foul smelling stain to the hospitality sector! hope nobody has to face such.

Not a good hotel to stay in please don't stay no proper assistant. No management to talk. Desk lady don't know how to talk to a customer rude. Behaviour towards guest. No proper electricity in the room. Food staff asking for more money. Adding extra money on the order asked.
