lift not working , room was not clean either, washroom basin tap broken, toilet was also not clean .

Terrible bad experience in hotel. No lift facility. No hot water facility. Dirty hotel. They provide 2 rooms in two different floor 3rd floor and 2nd floor. During check out we carry our heavy luggage through stairs . Staff did not help us. The worst hotel in Pune. My parents are senior citizens and they forced them to walk through the staircase and the behaviour of the staff was not good.
