only location of the hotel is good otherwise it seems like abandoned hotel with cockroaches and ac and TV also not working WITH bunches of cockroachs and also spotted citrates buts and also spotted a rat in a hotel

One of the worst property. Apart from being a small, smelly, dirty room with no ventilation, i had 7-8 more things sharing room with me - Cockroaches. Bed had bed bugs, kitchen was closed due to pent issue and still they were serving food. Not a hotel anyone shoudl stay in

no hygiene. no pest control..............

Definitely a waste of money. For the high price they charge, the room quality was pathetic. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere — even on the bed! The TV wasn’t recharged, the landline didn’t work, and the door lock felt unsafe. The bathroom was dirty, the basin tap was loose, and the entire place felt neglected. Constant construction noise outside made it worse. This place clearly doesn't care about guest comfort or hygiene. Avoid at all costs.

Super Townhouse Oyo Oak Vashi is a not maintained properly. Leaky AC, dirty rooms, poor staff and below standard stinky rooms

2nd to 4th May I stayed there for 3 nights. The room was full of cocroches. After they applied pesticides twice a day it was all around. entrance door behind, washroom door back side, inside cupboard and roaming around table, beds and all my luggages.

this was not expected from mmt here I am accompanied by mosquito cockroaches and rats in room worst experience ever had

This is place is soo filthy, we literally tried to shift rooms 4 times all of the rooms are full of cocroaches and super untidy. The bedsheets had stains. Sometimes even tears. A couple of beds had bedbugs. The rooms are so dirty you wouldn't even want to step in. Also room size is soo small. It looks very large in the picture.

There was no room service at all even no hand wash and proper soap in washroom, room and washroom was sticky and smells. Bed was not changed and pillows. Tv was not working and wall of the room was so dirty

Tap broken, ac not working properly no remote less, un tidy room, complemetry brake charged

I was asked to pay an extra of 1500, to the hotel, because of a stain on the bed sheet, a cost which is both not true, and an intentionally tried to shame their guests, into paying this hush hush few. Additionally they had taken money from me, for bottle service, but didn’t give me my change back

The hospitality was excellent. The food was great. The ambience too is very good.

Stay was good and service was also good. I was on a business trip hotel is on good location and staff is also polite and helpful.

A peaceful retreat with helpful staff and a cozy room. Everything was sorted efficiently.

The hotel's location was great for getting around, and we had a very relaxing experience during our stay.

First of all the room provided did not have the amenities that were offered, second of all the ac was not working and there was hardly any cooling and third of all the room had flies and mosquitos and the mosquito repellent did not have proper refill and we asked him to provide a new refill to which he denied and after lot of argument he changed the room, i that room also the shower latch was not working. I had a pathetic experience.

Cockroaches everywhere, awful smell bad facility and impolite staff. Not recommended at alll.

location was good , but room was not clean.. so many flies inside the room.. door lock was not working.. tea and water price were too much higher. 3rd class tea for Rs 30. and 1 litre water bottle cost 30. other hotels having Rs 20. very bad experience.. not safe
