Very noisy renovation works.
Renovation work is ongoing on the 5th floor and the whole hotel is excruciatingly noisy from 10AM to 8PM. Not sure how long this is going to go on. Please check with the hotel before booking. For the rate I paid (Rs per night) it was not worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at 'Regenza by Tunga' From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. (Mostly Pristine Room) The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail—from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked amenities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job each day, and the room was always refreshed beautifully. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet is the exceeded my expectations and added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting 'Navi Mumbai'. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Not a great stay The air conditioning was not working in our room And we wasted 3 hours in that And then they shifted me to another room. And the duty manager Was also very rude he did not treat us properly at all very disrespectful and disappointing

My trip was business trip and was alone. Room looks good and neat. Would have been better if the size was bit bigger for the tarrif they charged me. Other wise no complaints. Break fast was fine and servi was good too.
