    I had a wonderful stay at 'Regenza by Tunga' From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. (Mostly Pristine Room) The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail—from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked amenities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job each day, and the room was always refreshed beautifully. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet is the exceeded my expectations and added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting 'Navi Mumbai'. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    Not a great stay The air conditioning was not working in our room And we wasted 3 hours in that And then they shifted me to another room. And the duty manager Was also very rude he did not treat us properly at all very disrespectful and disappointing

    A wonderful hotel great location great staff wonderful handwritten welcome note , food was great, after hours food at 2 am was available at bit higher cost. But bath tub was dirty water comming was muddy. Did not bathed only washed with available mineral water bottles. otherwise all is good

    Worst Breakfast Experience

    During my stay both days breakfast items were not re filled for 20 minutes. Could not enjoy breakfast. After telling manager also but no improvement was there. Waited for kheema 20 minutes. This scenario was happen were restaurant had only few customers not like too much flow of customer's.

    The hotel staff were friendly and changed the room when I pointed to a particular issue on the 5th floor. I stayed on the 6th floor and they were renovated. They look good. Food was good and had a tasty breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool and gym can be improved. Good location. Overall a comfortable stay.
