The in-house restaurant serves delicious meals, and the dining experience was consistently impressive. ✔️ Warm & Helpful Service The staff deserves appreciation—their service was prompt, courteous, and attentive. Every interaction felt professional and welcoming. 🛏️ Where the Stay Fell Short Despite great service, the room quality did not match the pricing or the expectation of staying inside a tech park. ✘ Room Condition • The flooring was broken in my room, which was surprising and slightly inconvenient. • Curtains and windows weren’t clean, affecting the overall vibe. • The walls had visible dirt, giving the room a worn-out look. ✘ Facilities & Amenities • Old AC units that clearly need an upgrade. • No buckets provided in the bathroom. • On Day 1, even basic items like a kettle and door mat were missing. • The passages felt narrow and a bit cramped. 📝 Final Thoughts Mumbai House, Airoli has the potential to be a great business-hotel stay, thanks to its location and wonderful restaurant/service team.
