Gold Crest Business Hotel by Pranaam Hospitality

A Comfortable Stay I stayed at the Gold Crest Business Hotel , Airoli for 2 nights in October 2025 . It was a very comfortable stay . The reception area of the hotel was very impressive having nice decor and a wonderful idol of Ganapati Bappa . The welcome drink was nice . I stayed in room no. 303 . It was a spacious and clean room with cozy bed and all necessary amenities . There were many food joints nearby . Jyoti madam at the reception desk was very efficient in her work . The room cleaning job was done very neatly . Overall , a very good experience the stay was . Would definately visit Hotel Gold Crest again . Thanks a lot . A special thanks to MMT .

The location is okay, the staff were friendly and the rooms were neat and clean. The restaurant was well maintained, the buffet spread was nice. The most appreciable was the food quality which was good.

We visited mumbai to attend my sister's son's marriage. We had a very comfortable stay at gold crest hotel. The manager was kind enough to ensure our stay was pleasant. The room was very nice and could even accommodate 3 persons. Thanks gold crest hotel.

The front desk was helpful and prompt. The support staff were bit slow in getting things to our room and we had to keep chasing them to get the extra mattress. While the rooms are supposed to be non smoking, we could feel the smell of cigarette. One major disadvantage in this property is the railway line just behind it and that noise disturbs the sleep. Location wise, it is very convenient and the breakfast spread was pretty decent for the price charged. Done. Didn't take any pictures of the hotel

The stay was very comfortable. Property is at very convenient location. Taxis, autos are easily available. Food / breakfast was awsome. There were some maintenance issues but hotel staff rectified.

I stayed here for 8 nights. Hotel location is very good. You can get everything at nearby stores. You can enjoy street food options very near to hotel at around 400 mtrs only. Hotel staff is very polite and supportive. Rooms are very clean. Overall very nice stay.

Room service: 1, no cleaning if you stay longer than 1 day. Requested towels: did not get. Wifi : did not work day 1, 2nd day worked, slower than 4g locker in cupboard: not working average overall.

The stay was perfect. Check in was smooth. Neat and clean rooms, clean uncluttered lobby. All in all a great stay.
