Cleaning is a concern.. room allotted was not as per the expectation..the bathroom was smelly..its suffocating in the room also not having proper ventilation..it feels humid and having woody smells in the room

This is my 2nd stay in this property. This time it was special as i was auto upgraded to a better and bigger room. Overall stay was a very nice. Helpful staff and good amenities.

Ideal location at a reasonable price
Most uber drivers found the entrance very difficult to find, signage is poor. Once you are inside, all the staff are very helpful and accommodating, special commendation to suraj, at reception who continually who goes beyond his call of duty, followed by two staff in the restaurant; a young lady and a young man. The concierge/lobby attendant has been very helpful whenever an uber is driving around and has been particularly helpful with my elderly sister. The buffet breakfast has been good and there was the al carte available if required. We had minor issues within the room and the maintenance crew would attend within minutes of a call house keeping were equally very attentive. We have two rooms and have absolutely no complaints ; highly recommended.
