The location was good and the view was nice from the 4th floor. I didn't try the hotel's food but the rooms were clean, the sheets used were old though. The overall experience wasn't bad and the staff behaviour was good and helpful.

very poor house keeping and arguing staff. no facility in hotel. no clean towels, shampoo, dental kits etc. no high tea. request not to go there to stay. totally disappointing experience.

The property is slightly older, and the AC remote wasn't working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the rooms were spacious and clean — great for couples. While food isn't available, the staff was helpful and the overall service was good. A peaceful place for a short stay.

No drinking water available at room I have to purchase 2 bottle for night. Atleast basic things should be available.

Bedsheets was dirty towel also. Tv was not working. Receptionist do not want to entertain complaint. Poor

bedsheet was torn and dirty .. tv was out of service.. room service number was inactive and mobile also.. pathetic staff specially receptionist who dont want to resolve customers complaint..

Very bad hotel, inf-act it is not the hotel it is small home where he made 3 small rooms on each floor. First he took me to a store till the complaint done. Then he have given me a room. We have booked the room with breakfast but he dinied. Some of the photos attached.

The room was perfect for a break, and the service was quick and attentive.

My booking is including breakfast mineral water but no provide mineral water no service proper, bedsheet and towels very dirty, ac not working properly. Manager directly told you call customer care very bad experience
