    The hotel rooms are good but the amenities is not upto the mark.. Hot water tab is not working properly and we can't able to adjust the hot water, the food also not so much good.. Not satisfying the amount spent.

    Poor Stay

    Service of the front office staff is not good at all. It took so much time for most of the things to get delivered in the room. Key card needed to be activated everyday in spite of telling them that it was a 3 days stay with them and also all the room charges were paid in advance. Unprofessional behaviour. The rooms were clean though.

    Poor Stay

    I booked ticket in 23 night 11 and in 24 morning at 7 reached hotel they denined to give me room after so many discussion they provide room on that terms if possible you have to pay for this room during checkout we canclled consider your booking after 12 am24 march. According to them i need to inform them before 24 march. They not even provide my food to my room accoring to him aftet 11 staff not allowed to go in first floor so i went reciption to pick my food. after some time they came my room to pvoide dishes. Very bad services i facing in hotel.

    Not good for family stay and Rude Staff

    I will not recommended this place for family with Liitle baby, they don't have kitchen for baby food preparation, costly food and low quality. Reception Manager was rude and staff too. Basic Kit, Shampoo, Bucket for bath not provided. Towel smells Bad. They not allowed visitors. Poha - 150₹ Sandwich - 180₹

    Overall a good & pleasant stay. Clean and spacious rooms. While they do not have inhouse restaurant, they have a sister unit close-by which has an amazing restaurant from where they provide room service.
