Excellent Stay

Hotel ambience, rooms, food, staff, everything was good. Unfortunately the hotel does not have any lift so if one carries more luggage, he / she will have to be dependent on staff and if he is tired, he may have to use steps. (2nd and 3rd floor is also there)

I had a great stay at this hotel The rooms and common areas were very clean which made my stay comfortable The reception staff was friendly and helpful especially Abhishek who was welcoming and assisted me well. Overall a good experience and I would definitely recommend this place

A complete disaster.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with a level of rudeness and incompetence that I've never experienced in any hospitality setting. The staff were consistently dismissive, unhelpful, and outright hostile. Basic service requests were met with sighs and eye-rolls, if they were acknowledged at all. In short, this hotel is a masterclass in how to alienate and infuriate guests. Avoid it like the plague. It's not just bad; it's an insult to the very concept of hospitality.
