The hotel rooms were good, the staff were very polite, the receptionist were arrogant ...... rest the whole experience was amazing!!

Its a good budget hotel. Location is prime. Hotel room size are adequate and toilet are well maintained. The food was good and hotel staff are supportive. Overall looking at the price point hotel is decent.

The location was good as it was near the CIDCO convention Centre and all major shops are nearby. The breakfast was slightly above average and could be better The service was excellent and the staff especially the restaurant staff were very responsive. Overall 4.6 out of 5

Location - Great Rooms size - Spacious Room Hygiene - Good Bathroom - Poor Mantainence Amenities - Good Food - Excellent ( Try non veg platter) Breakfast- Good While the hotel has some great advantage in terms of Location, food they do lack some serious issue when it comes to fixing issues related to the facility. E.g. I was staying for 3 nights. Day 1 : the flush stopped working and they had to come 3 Times to try fix. Day 2 : the flush stopped working and required 2 visit to fix again. Day 3 : required 2 visit to fix and broke again.....I left it at this point.... The above issue was raised with the front desk and the attitude was of helplessness....

The property is in a prime location, easy to find and access. The rooms are clean and functional with all basic amenities. Pure value for money for a reasonable tariff, but not for those looking for luxuries. The staff are polite and attentive.

Food quality is an average, room are not clean and very old type. Overall service is not so satisfied

Room was decent as per standard but Washroom was very small, flush was leaking every time. There was no much of varieties for breakfast too.

The quality of the food is really awesome. Neat & clean rooms. The vibes around the property are positive. And the customer service is great. I would also like to mention that one of the waiters Saiful provided excellent customer service. He always had a smile on his face. Keep up the excellent service. Thanks. Will revisit soon.
