We had booked it as it had pool and gym and both weren’t operational , we had the worst experience bcoz of it. Atleast the hotel should inform that they aren’t operating them so we could have booked something else !! Not going in again with bloom Taloja

Though Bloom is a nicely designed property and I have stayed at various Bloom hotels across India, this one suffers from its location. Its ideal for those coming to work at MIDC, but very very noisy due to the traffic on main road. The restaurant food was decent. Breakfast could have been better though. Overall not a bad experience.

Had a comfortable business stay. Courteous and humble staff behaviour with problem solving attitude.

Overall decent and comfortable stay. Bloom is equipped with trained and courteous professionals. Multiple times I have stayed in this property. The restaurant is a bit challenged as they have outsourced it some other people. So I restrict myself to get the booking with breakfast option. Its very inconvenient because the quality and services if food and staff at restaurant is not up to the mark.

The location of the hotel was very suitable as it was at walking distance from BEL, Navi Mumbai and food was great. The hotel has opened for business just weeks before our stay and so everything was new, unused.
