No hygiene and service at all, they charged breakfast complimentary on time nor providing no in-house restrant bringing from out side worst food. No hot water and all old bed sheet & pillow. Suggesting you please don’t book this hotel, online showing room photos and inside hotel photos are totally different and found very bad smell in room and wash room.

Hi, I booked room for 2 night stay. Got room with lot of insects & Cockroaches, bad smelling washroom, no toiletries, not working tv, with hardly working ac, unhygienic blanket and without breakfast. Rooms & washroom are extremely unhygienic.

Hotel staff was very polite, humble and cooperative. 1) But hotel was under repair. Cement bags were there. 2) There was no landline phone either in room or at reception. 3) There was arrangment for lift but lift car was not available. 4) No proper tap to get hot water. Had to invite hotel staff in my room. 5) At night strong vibrations felt on bed due to very loud DJ music.

The hotel is still under repair and poorly maintained. Spring bed was not comfortable, linen is paled and looked unclean despite being freshly made Geyser was not working, lift is not installed and no intercom to contact the reception

The location was too good But at the time of checkin we reached late at 12:45 as of our checkin was 12 pm but then too they have waited us for the cleaning and other purpose and delayed in check in Also the washroom was terrible and smells yuck like someone is continuously smoking cigarette over there Bedsheet was not cleaned and pillow covers also had stains Even the window safety lock was damaged which lead to safety on stake of the customers like anyone can come inside through that window For boys group this hotel is okay But I will not recommended this for couples , family and friends

Absolutely dirty & no hygiene. Bathrooms were smelly & the blankets & pillows were dirty too. Though I paid for two nights, I had to leave the hotel after the first night itself as it was not fit to stay with family.

First of all reception has been denied to take a check in due to booking has to be done in low tariff, but I am trying to make my trip service call on that caller has been put the call on hold next to next 50 minutes and after that, I’m trying to paying extra pay, but he’s denied and the Mestry also taking a time to solve issue and room also not expected as it is. It’s not clean, not given the soap, so not provided tissue papers, not Wi-Fi. Telephone also not available.
