Hotel O Nirsukh Palace

Booked this place after seeing the photos online, which showed a clean, well-furnished room. In reality, it was a huge letdown. The room was dirty, the shelf was broken, the curtains were stained, the floor hadn't been cleaned, the AC control was broken, and there was no TV despite being shown in the listing. To top it off, when I was checking in, the hotel owner/manager actually told me, "Why did you pay online? You should have paid offline. Now the money goes to MakeMyTrip's pocket, and we don't get anything." Honestly, that comment alone says a lot about the service mindset here. Overall, a disappointing stay. Definitely not worth the money or the misleading presentation.

I had cancel-led booking and didn’t even stayed there still they charged me not processing my refund hotel is refusing to refund even customer didn’t even stayed there for 10 minutes

Decompression ( dent) in the central of bed mattress, with troubling spring making of difficult to sleep in room 202. It was all dirty and stinky. I booked with breakfast but had to pay irrationale amount ( rs 110- for 2 vada pav and 3 tea) almost daily for breakfast). Mm t cuatomer care wasn’t able to help when booking was not reflecting at property during check in. Worst hotel experience

Room was very small and its full of cockroaches. I asked the management to change the room but they said all are of same condition.

When i went to book property (hotel) with my family on check in date shocked to know that hotel was closed long back. When contact with concern authority they are going to shift me to another hotel(salt hotel. When went to that hotel that hotel was closed. When contact to authorities after suffering all this for cancellation they take one hour to process my cancellation request. Still i am confused whether they will refund or not. Horrible experience when shared this experience with friends and relatives all laugh at me. Don't know, whether you will help me out for my refund amount of booking

Excellent place to stay. Food was good. Washroom was neat and clean. Will definitely recommend others to visit.

the manager of silver key nirsukh palace is an arrogant person. he was arguing with me unnecessarily. i reached silverkey nirsukh palace by 11 am with my fiance. he told us to wait for 1 hour i.e till 12.00 pm as the room cleaning process is going on and also the official time to check is 12.00 am. i said it's ok we will wait till 12.00 pm but please allot us the room as soon as if any customer vacate the room or if any room's cleaning work gets done before 12.00 pm that manager firstly said yes he will allot us the room. but around 11.45 am he alloted the room to a new couple who has just came in front of me and my fiance. i told that manager that these guests came in front of me just now and i have booked my room on 21'st march 2023 for 23'rd march 2023. it means i have done 2 days prior booking. so, ideally the first room preference should given to us but he gave to 2 other different couples who have booked stay in urgency and given some cash while booking and some extra perks to that manager like bribe and they got the room before me. and when i highlighted that manager about his mistake which has done he was not accepting the same infact he was arguing with me arrogantly. even the room cleaning service boy who works ij silverkey nirsukh palace said me that this manager is a new joinee and he eats lot of bribe from urgent visiting guests and always give secondary preference to the guests who books 2-3 days prior. even that fellow manager said me that i have nothing to do with when you have booked your staty in this property. he said i will allot the room as per my process. i even asked him what is your process just tell me. he said me don't waste my time and go and occupy the room. now me and my fiance have decided that we will never go silverkey nirsukh palace.
