Bad experience faced. Property is not allowed us to stay with the booking price. Demand for more price. No one is responding even from make my trip

Room window curtains should be clean, and function of ac is not up to the mark, cigarette smell is very high. Hotel reception and people are good, but the cleanliness should be increase

The room is filthy and not upto the mark. While during the stay they had to call pesticide folks. As i can see bed bugs in the room. The bedsheets and towel were not cleaned.

Had booked for 5 days. Had made the booking 10 days earlier. Due to some technical problem between hotel and mm t prices listed was low. I made booking and hotel did not contact me. After arrival to property i was denied check in saying the price was wrong on mm t site. Property manager spoke very unprofessionally and said can't give room when it's late in the night and raining outside. This hotel is a bunch of unprofessional cheats. Would suggest not to choose. Thanks to mm t they made arrangements in another hotel.

I booked room for oneday staying at 1024rs. But they tell minutes 1400 they ready to give the room. I lost 374 rs for that booking

No cleanliness, no kitchen at hotel

Hotel experience- torn bed sheet, unhygienic bathroom with cockroaches, no toiletries, late night electricity cuts in the area, weak power backup. Although, reception guy was cooperative and helpful.

Rooms are not tidy. The restaurant on the premises was closed and one needs to step out for food.

Average quality rooms. No toile
