The reception of this hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building. There is no lift. The approach Road is full of potholes. We were given a lower category room first. After complaining, we got the actual super deluxe room which we had booked. The bathroom images did not match with the actual. Geyser was not working. Hotel has no kitchen. Breakfast was included with the room. But we did not get any Breakfast.

- Major portion of the ceiling was damaged with water seepage marks and apperared ugly. - breakfast was included in the package but I was surprised to know that they served only fixed and very limited menu and that too south indian menu. They started arguing when I asked for more options.

Clean place, clean rooms but that's all. It is within an apartment complex society. No restaurant or room service is available. They do arrange breakfast though from outside. Water geyser did not work and so was TV. For both staff showed ignorance as if it was working till just now. I had to take bath in cold water. It is not at all a 3 star property as mentioned on your site. Just a normal clean place to spend a night probably. That's about it.

Nice people who manage the property. One of the better places for a comfortable stay in the Navi Mumbai region. Spacious and cozy for family or couple stay. Good food as well. Connectivity is quite smooth for both Navi Mumbai suburbs as well as Mumbai and proximity to commercial areas.

Good Stay
The overall stay was excellent but the food facilities were not that good because the hotel didn't contain it's own kitchen so the availability of basic amenities like tea kit, sauce, etc were not available at demand. And the prices of the food menu were too high compared to the service.

It was a good stay , we booked for our family trip and from the day 1 , hotel staff was very accommodating and polite. Upgraded my room to Super Deluxe and found that too be spacious and comfortable.
