Room was smelling as linen were not clean. They don't have their own restaurant, so dinner order took alot of time. As they brought from outside. And Breakfast was overpriced.

When your booking was made, it was for three adults, and upon your request to accommodate an additional adult, we provided you with a separate room, as our room capacity cannot accomodate four adults. Not worth of the price that I paid.Its good for nice stay.Rooms are new hence offers some comfort. Food sirvice is from outside. No inhiuse kitchen.

Clean place, clean rooms but that's all. It is within an apartment complex society. No restaurant or room service is available. They do arrange breakfast though from outside. Water geyser did not work and so was TV. For both staff showed ignorance as if it was working till just now. I had to take bath in cold water. It is not at all a 3 star property as mentioned on your site. Just a normal clean place to spend a night probably. That's about it.

Nice people who manage the property. One of the better places for a comfortable stay in the Navi Mumbai region. Spacious and cozy for family or couple stay. Good food as well. Connectivity is quite smooth for both Navi Mumbai suburbs as well as Mumbai and proximity to commercial areas.

Good Stay
The overall stay was excellent but the food facilities were not that good because the hotel didn't contain it's own kitchen so the availability of basic amenities like tea kit, sauce, etc were not available at demand. And the prices of the food menu were too high compared to the service.

It was a good stay , we booked for our family trip and from the day 1 , hotel staff was very accommodating and polite. Upgraded my room to Super Deluxe and found that too be spacious and comfortable. Clean bathrooms and good service. Will stay again !! Staff named Sidhanth was very helpful and took care of all our needs
