The hotel lacked cleanliness and the service was very poor. Asking for a simple water bottle took then 2hrs to attend to. The location is shady and not well connected as such. It's okaish stay but not recommended for a long stay at all. Pest problems are very bad, can't leave anything in the open in room.

Poor Stay
The room was very dirty and the bed and pillows smelled very bad. It was completely different than the pictures. And finally a suggestion: please add a cancellation policy, so customers can cancel if they don't like the room

Terrible Stay
In one room there was cockroaches in washroom, on bed and floor. Bedsheet was not washed and not hygienic. No mirror in room. Rooms stinky like it was closed for ages. Thank you

I paid for non AC room and we got a terrible room where the tv was not and the toilet seat is broken and staff behaviour is too rude, bedshit is also not clean and room also unhygienic 🤢🤮

Average Stay
The location of the hotel is close to dy patil stadium. Its located in industrial area. Hotel room size is good but the rooms are not that clean & maintained. Bedsheets are not as clean. They need to improve. No thanks

Not so good experience.
When i booked it showed as deluxe room but while i entered the room, the room was not so clean and hairs were found in the room and also in the bathroom. Towels provided were not clean and fully white they were yellowish in colour

Good stay
Little bit away from the city but stay was good affordable and worth of money recomeded for travellers.

Terrible Stay
The hotel Sai Sharan stay in is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The location is surrounded by fish & beef market and the smell of drain as well as market will suffocate you. The walls of the room, A/c, bath room are precariously maintained. The owner, manager even other staff behaviour is the worst. They declare complimentary breakfast but brings substandard stale food from outside. They have one kitchen but nothing is done there. If u complain even the owner will say go to hotel nearby. I strongly advise everyone not to visit this hotel particularly with family. I will request make my trip to delete 3× (3 star) ranking to this cheap category of hotel. Last but not the least u may receive unknown calls in the midnight. I have experienced sleepless night in that hotel.

Poor Stay
The worst stay i have ever booked.Room was not clean at all,so much dust and dirt.There was no battery in the TV Remote and i called the reception for this and they attended but never came with the battery.The worst part is tht there was a lot of mosquitos whole night was fkd up.Dont book any non -AC rooms here.
