Hotel Nimantran

Make my trip is not able provide 5% GST bill break whether they charged or not, it's having lots of hidden things that need to bring in focus of their customer... However if you are providing services to their customers they will charge IGST (2.5%CGST + 2.5% SGST) bit in your invoices nowhere this breakup is mentioned but in your heading of bill mentioned tax invoice then where is tax?

Location of hotel is quite good for business travellers. However, rooms are stinky, linen is dirty, bathrooms are unclean. They don't provide Toilet paper, had disinfectant and other toilatorries unless you request for same. So for basic things, you need to request. Rooms are of ok size, but poorly maintained. pathetic experience. Not at all recommended.

There was sealant on the wall and bathroom , it was unpleasant smell in the room and I didn’t like the comfortness on the bed mattress.

Did book for midnight check while your application also asked and it was perfect booking but they didn't allow so i didn't stay there and you are asking me about my stay?is this a joke or insult by you? please refund everything. Didn't stay

It was good experience of stay in hotel nimantran i would love to visit again

The room was smoke smelling when we checked in. The ac noise was beyond reasonable measure. Water bottles were not provided until we asked.

Excellent hospitality. Rooms are clean and neat. Location is good also the food.

Nimantran hotel is in a good location lots of restaurants and pubs around. Its clean. The rooms were also clean. Washroom were manageable clean. Staff is also polite and helpfull. The problem i faced was with the mattress it was not at all good. One can not sleep in it. They should change the mattress of the bed else one can get back aches. And there were bugs n small cockroach roaming on the bed. Also mosquito problem is also there. If the mattress and small bugs were not there in the room i would have given full stars. I didn't have food there so can't comment on the food.

It was a pleasent stay had a very wonderful experiance will be visiting soon again

Food quality is excellent, overall standard is good and recommended for family, couples and corporates.

1. I literally begged for water, staff is arrogant and they don't case and respect you as customer, 2. You are not allowed to have sufficient food, forget about sufficient, by not having anything in breakfast provided by hotel, i just requested for 2 regular omlete for this particular they said you are not allowed, even their manager and management entertains this type of attitude from their employees, i have seen literally people are leaving hotel by discontinuing their stay at this hotel. Regarding the same i complained and wrote in their book.

When i entered in the room, found a condom on the side table and too many mosquitoes in the room. We couldn’t sleep properly neither have a comfortable time.

Overall good stay, nice location and good staff

Value for money. Breakfast needs to improve.
