As i reached, desk person asked me to sign on blank paper. When i said, why he said my system not working. I informed make my trip, then after their intervention, within few minutes he produced a form to sign. Don't have individual locking system to lock door when one goes out. They keep taking away padlock given to you. No call bell or intercom system. No arrangements even for tea or coffee forget about meals. Hotel in isolated place so very difficult to get delivery from zomato or swiggy. Transport to and from not available easily. I am not the one to assume, what goes on there but suffice to say, a very shady place i wonder why mm t is hell bent on ruining their reputation in doing business with them.

Impolite staff

Clean good room with nice view from balcony. Staffs at the reception was also well informed and good at communicating in english

There was no tissue in the hotel the bed was making noise no hand towel provided poor hygiene

It is only for unknown couple, dating and mateing, fa-mil or married couples avoid. Do not go. You will not like it

The ac was not working only fan mode. Rooms were shabby and pathetic condition. Geyser was not functioning. Water tap was dry in morning. No water? communication issue as there's no proper room service due to network issue had to call reception on whatsapp multiple times. The food (expensive) quality below the standard and water bottle too is expensive as they don't proviy complimentary water. Too far and no proper conveyance facility. I have not taken any snaps and already checked out in morning

Very poor service and pest control issue also ac not working. Room not cleane. Room in land line not available also staff not supported

Poor responce from reception. Towels provided were not clean

The stay was good. Bed is good only thing is they need to keep the toilet clean

They upgraded us to a better room. Stay was good, clean rooms and great view. Located at parsik hill.

As i reached, realised it's at a secluded place. On asking, they assured that i'll get a conveyance easily, and they will arrange it. But, to my anguish, in the morning, 7am, when i actually needed the cab and asked for it, they refused at the end moment. There was no staff to serve tea or get my luggage down in the morning. Had to do on my own. After telling them the urgency to reach the hospital on time, i requested them to keep my bills ready. Even after 2hrs, it was not ready and i had to waste my time at the reception. Coming to the room, entrance is far and scary, plus the paint is coming out from everywhere so much so that the sofa was all white. It was full of mosquitoes, had to request for all-out. Then in the washroom, not even the tissue roll was provided. No waterborne, nothing was provided. Theyvare just looting ppl. Beware guys!

The hotel location is so far away from cbd station

The staff is very good and management is upto the mark. No problem faced during stay. Washroom was clean and in good condition. Very comfortable stay.

It was ok. Gyeser was not working. Service could be better. There was no arrangement for water. As i stayed ouside throughout the day it didn't bother me that much but it should not have happened.

Budget hotel in a scenic location. The staff was helpful and has promised a some improvement in cleanliness & amenities
