Hotel Risshi Residency

As always i love to stay at this hotel. Its been more than 7 years i have been coming into this hotel and the sevice is awesome and staffs are very friendly.

I had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. We reached the hotel around 3 am. At night. We were tired. Ac was not working in one of the rooms, and water bottles provided only 1 per room. I asked to provide 1 more bottle, and he totally denied the excuse that it would be chargeable, and this is hotel policy. I even asked how 2 persons can manage a single water bottle. Rooms were also not so good and clean that there were smells. Since we were tired and had to take rest somehow we managed. So our overall experience was not so good with this hotel.

Pleasant stay easy to reach as location is too best to find-out with nearby shop like 7/11 and kopar kharaine railway station

Clean hotel. Great location. Need to improve the breakfast menu. No luggage room to store bag if you are checking out early. Also one bottle per room is complimentary you have to pay for drinking water

I visited the hotel, it was in a pathetic condition, peels were coming off from the walls and very small room. Thought it could cause health issue and did not checkin

Expensive hotel and improper check in timings. Food was good. Overall average experience. According to railway station connectivity it is better place.

Rooms are good lot of ac machine sound in rooms. Breakfast service was very bad we asked for extra bf and we will pay for it but they denied.

Had a comfortable stay with family. Had good and quick checkin process though i had early checkin. Room was spacious and neatly maintained.

Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent location just 150 meters from kopar khairane railway station. The free breakfast could have been better. Nothing on offer except some vada / poha, eggs etc. One day, it was comical to see just two types of vadas and boiled egg on the menu. I would have given better ratings if only there were at least 2 more varieties on the breakfast menu

Everything was perfect. Staff, bedding, food and room. Staff was well trained

Free breakfast is deplorable, very little options for food, menu food is good but damn expensive. Rooms are stinking with patches of fungus. Hotel doesn't provide gst bill, they have a third party revguru who sends the bill after you fight with them. Not a good hotel to stay.

Easily accessible location. Cordial and helping staff. Cleanliness was not up to the marke, situated in a clean residential area, parking lot is not there, it's right next to main road and that's bit annoying intact, nice restaurant n food was OK.

I have been stayed here for a while now. Hotel’s location is almost walking distance from Kopar Khairne station.

Situated in a prime location just near the railway station is a great advantage. Conveyance is always available viz rickshaws cabs etc. Room service is excellent. The guys are very well behaved and soft spoken. Daily cleaning is done. However it needs to improve in pest and rodent control. Few cockroaches and rats can be viewed. Overall it has a good but costly eatery. As a whole it was a good experience.

Hotel is just near to Koparkhairane railways sation. Food is very good and rooms are clean and staff is good. This hotel have bar also. In morning they have buffet breakfast .. Good food but need add some more options in breakfast.

It is very much easy to find location and good breakfast quality ... Market place is nearby so easy to get required things. Also safe place to roam anywhere anytime also railway station is very nearby.

Hotel offered a descent stay. Location of the hotel is good. Easily accessible and rooms were also clean and tidy. Meals were also good. Hotel staff was appropriately performing their duty. The breakfast provided was also nice
