Small rooms and no cleaning, receptionist was rude

Definitely i had bad experience or suprised once i visited the hotel from airport as ambiance was totally different from what it is photos. Location wise this is in industrial area and road is always parked with lorries and drianage flowing on the road. Night we get chemical odor from near by industries difficult to bear all through the night. My bad is that i paid for 10 days stay in advance which i cannot cancel. In spite of trying with customer care i cannot cancel my booking or move to another hotel. Once go inside the hotel rooms are clean and good. As smoking is allowed it corridors smells. People are helpful but services are not up to the mark. Geyser are not available in rooms so hot water is available only after 7. 30 am. I can only suggest this hotel only when you are staying for a day or two as it is a little cheaper when compared to the other hotels.

At such an amount there should be decent service aspected, the condition of towels were totally disgusting, on bedsheet there was a visible mark of previous users used, no complimentary water bottle provided even after asked, water geser was not working and were not informed before, had a very bad experience, a huge amount of money has been wasted and the make my trip is totally responsible for this loss

Bed sheets and blanket were very dirty and room smelled like cigarette alot. There were stains of food on all bedsheets and the pillow covers were also very dirty.

One of the worst hotel experience in my life, very bad service, tv and hot water also not working, even food was also bad.

Hotel is good but employees not well

Bathrooms are small, and the wall of rooms are not in good condition wall are affected by the water leaking

The staff was pathetic and rude they did not provide breakfast as well gave some very lame excuse. Promised a bigger room but gave a very small room. The sheets were dirty and unchanged.

The rooms are pathetic, the behaviour of the staff is rude, the charges taken for the breakfast but denied for the breakfast. Not going to recommend to anyone

I book a room twice evey time the hotel manager is asking for extra pay at hotel when check in. I said him i was book twice. Then also he said i dint hv good rooms only one room left u come on your risk. If u wnt stay it otherwise no problem. Twice i book he's hotel but very baad behavior of manager if the customer was preffring hes hotel twice it means. M giving the value to he's hotel and the manager saying i come i hv only 1 room left u like stay it or live it. If i book a room soo i need that same room when i was checkin the hotel. Worst thing he was charging extra money. N i deny to pay and cancel the booking

The hotel manager said that the booking was confirmed and charged extra cash even though the booking was confirmed and money was paid online. No toiletries (brush, paste, towels, slippers) was provided, you have to pay the hotel to get it for you. Complimentary water bottles were not given. After asking them multiple time we were told that we can give one water bottle per room, which is strange because every hotel gives 2 complimentary water bottle everyday. Difficulty to pick up food delivery by zomato and swiggy. Every time you need to ask them to unlock the main entrance.

the room was terrible… full of bugs and ac was not working… they asked me to adjust in that room instead of giving an ac room

I booked for 1 day and already paid for 1000rpBut while check-in they asked for extra 500rp

the hotel staff is very under experienced , with no manners on how to handle client service. Plus Very rude and showing sympathy to us that they provided us room or else they wouldn't have to any customer just cause I booked Horrible experience do not entertain this hotel.

When i get to the hotel there are saying that they cannot give the room for the booked rate and they have already mentioned. And to get my room i had to spend 500 rs etc and there is bo bill for that. very pathetic service bathroom was not clean and no amenities very very poor
