A very average stay. Decent rooms with clean washrooms, the buffet breakfast and dinner was really poor and tasteless, however the service in F&B was good. The place has a makeshift gym where all equipment are dumped into a small room with no place to even walk. The check-in and check-out process was good and easy without any hassles.

Overpriced, I feel they should renovate the rooms. the flooring which i had stayed was totally peeled off. they must looks into it.

water issues in bathroom having ac not maintained break fast also all cold and mendu wada was like hard rubber unexpected quality for amenities and food if compared to country inn and tunga hotel

My recent stay at Majestic Sarovar Portico was average overall. The property looks decent from the outside, but the experience inside didn’t quite match expectations. The biggest disappointment was the food—it lacked taste and variety. Mobile network coverage inside the rooms was almost nonexistent, which made communication difficult. The room itself was functional, but there were visible seepage marks and peeled paint on the walls, which gave it an unkempt look. Staff were polite and helpful, but the maintenance and food quality need significant improvement.Overall, a manageable stay if you’re on a short business trip, but definitely not worth the price for a comfortable leisure experience.

i book executive room but they upgraded to suit room . room is big , clean , service is fast . it impressed me . in buffet breakfast you will get lots of options.but quality & taste is average.

Stay was average as the exhaust not working in the washroom, even there black spot and spider mesh in the bathing area. Have compliant on day 1 but nothing happened. Food was good in the restaurant.

The hotel is old now, floorings are uneven and the doors are creaking, also the hotel rooms are facing highway with no privacy if you are keeping lights on as you can see the room from the highway

Rooms are very old, WiFi not working, pathetic smell in the area, door lock not working ,inexperienced staff

The food was good but a few things have to taken care within property itself. after paying this much major things are not taken care of like towels very cheap

1.Wash basin was blocked. When i asked for housekeeping services they could come in 30 minutes 2. Hotel landline number on website not working, so when i tried calling them . I could not contact them. 3. I asked for extension of bf time. They rudely denied. Totally non caring and non courteous staff. I was thinking to extend stay but thank god i did not do it.
