Stay was good ,Clean , surrounding is good

pathetic stay waited for almost 30 minutes for check-in. TV didn't worked it took almost an hour to get that fixed.

I recently stayed at Gagal Homes and had a mixed experience. The highlight of the stay was definitely the food. The meals were absolutely delicious and well-prepared. This was the best part of the accommodation and I highly recommend dining here. However, I was disappointed with the room itself. The size of the room was significantly smaller than what was portrayed in the online pictures. It felt quite cramped for two people, and the actual dimensions should have been clearly stated in the room description. This lack of transparency was frustrating. Considering the small size of the room, I also felt the price was quite high compared to other accommodation options in the immediate area. In summary: Gagal Homes offers excellent food, but potential guests should be aware that the rooms are very small, which makes it feel overpriced. If room size is a priority for you, you may want to look elsewhere, despite the great dining experience.

Excellent hospitality clean room

The room and the place was fine but unfortunately the guests in the other rooms were terrible with drinking and smoking in the hall which is supposed to be common area for guests in all the rooms. Got locked out thrice during the stay- the guests in the other rooms would close the main door and not open.. had to call the caretaker all the time to open it.. taking as much as 15-20 min each time to open it. Once, even my dinner which I had got got spoilt cause of the main access door being locked.

My stay was superb!!!!! I booked the entire floor and in entire floor I got 3 bed rooms, living hall and I celebrate my child birthday.... this was something new to us celebrate

All rooms are same but they charged different prices

My stay at Gagal Homes, Navi Mumbai, was an absolute nightmare. The property was completely misrepresented online. The pictures and description are misleading — the hygiene was terrible, the kitchen was shared (which was not disclosed anywhere), and the overall environment was extremely uncomfortable. The biggest concern: it is not safe for women. The manager was rude, dismissive, and even aggressive when we raised valid concerns. Instead of resolving the issue, he started denying everything and acted in a very unprofessional manner. To make things worse, I had booked through MakeMyTrip, and they offered no support or solution, just helpless responses and no accountability. This place is not just unpleasant — it feels unsafe and like a total scam. I strongly advise everyone, especially solo female travelers, to avoid Gagal Homes completely.

The location was good. The food we didn't order. The amenities are good. Service was good... But check in Check out timing shd be reworked

Very unprofessional approach towards business It was very poorly managed property No reception No one to attend & offer even water Dental kit/napkin, nothing provided I'm still waiting for the GST invoice from them Breakfast was also not tasted good Very limited qty & took long time for preparation Overall it was very bad experience

worst experince, used bedsheet, no charging point, rude behaviour. never ever try to book this property

room were not maintained there was glitter every where. no charging socket near the bed. keys were not given to us saying the other customer has carried it( reasoj I don't believe). the complimentary breakfast was soo poor i would say this was the pathetic thing i have ever eaten for thr breakfast.

good location and worth for money. nice service by care taker. food was good.. prefer staying here in my next visit
