1. NO shower, only hand shower 2. TV not working by remote, only working mannual way 3. AC cooling was not in control, even if set 30 C it cooling to 18 C. not rectified even after reporting 4. This is the worst stay in Mumbai, and the employee working there - Mansi, she is nothing but a mere unprofessional employee who is just working there to make your stay miserable , she will do anything to get money out of you, the whole staff is like that. She will put fines and charges for unnecessary things, and they make you wait for 2 hours just for check out! They force you to eat their shitty restaurant food, neither is their hotel clean, as per the mark. Mansi should be fired!! She is so unprofessional and an uncivilised employee, single handed of managed to tarnish ‘Fern’s” name
