They do not keep water at reception . The so called GM and Front Desk staff were shabbily dressed. There is huge churning of staff. It yook them 15 mins to serve me water. Poor and tastelesd breakfast. I will never stay in any Centre Point property. Fit to be called a luxury lodge.

nice, hospitality is good. Without onion garlic food not available at time of breakfast. Overall cleaning and all are good. Staff is also good.

Good decent neat clean rooms and food services n housekeeping was also very good n was safe staying as we were all females seeing the hotel from outside can’t imagine that it will be so good n above standards hotel keep it up

Had a good stay at the Centre Point hotel Vashi. The rooms were very nice. The linen were clean. Toilet smelt nice. Most importantly The staff were courteous.

The prices and ratings doesn’t match at all Not worth the price . Hotel needs a complete renovation

My stay at Centre Point Turbhe was good. The hotel staff were very cooperative. The restaurant was good. A minor issue was the absence of a gym. They have some open space for car park which was empty & I used that that for my exercises

Location: Accessible by road Food: Average Facilities: no ventilation AC room. Smoking is allowed inside the room. Dislikes: Got allocated a room which had a strong smoke smell and later allocated a different room on request.

Bad Food Quality, Bad Service, Poor Quality of Breakfast. , Electricity Problem, After 11 pm no room service

The property looks deserted and poorly maintained, with an entrance hidden between small shops. Staff are untrained and unresponsive — every request is met with “10 minutes,” but nothing happens. Breakfast was a disaster; at 9:30 a.m. they said the cook hadn’t arrived, and most guests left without eating. I had booked two nights but checked out after one. Very disappointing.

Room is ok but staff and food is not good and also I booked room by make my trip and request to schedule my booking for next day but hotel Denied and my amount not refunded by hotel

I am getting trouble to revue my recent stay

The room was full of smoke and smell of cigrate On requesting to change it they clearly denied it, also the AC was not working properly, we called the service person twice but then also the problem was not resolved The worst stay ever

The most unprofessional staff including the GM and MMT also. they promised something else and delivered else hotel amenities are like 1 star hotel and rates are 5 star. There GM is also involve and not willing to give the good amenities and food. My suggestion don't book this property as they neither lift the calls nor mail if u have any query.

The stay was good . Nice, clean and spacious rooms. The staff was good . But breakfast was Ok, with limited options.

I have been staying here since 2023. The rooms are good, spacious, and well-maintained. The room service is prompt, and cleanliness is consistently maintained. Overall, it’s a value-for-money (VFM) stay in Navi Mumbai. The best part is the location, which is highly convenient for my work.

Internet, AC doesn't work most of the time. Booked hote for long stay but I have been given different room everyday instead of fixing the issue. GM is Mr India and you will meet 4 different receptionist each telling different stories about the issue. Worst part is neither GM of the hotel nor mmt cares about their guest in this hotel. I booked for 13 days, paid advance but later regretted my decision. Not at all recommended.

Property is very good, but this time the Airconditioner was not working properly, we conplained about it but the same was closed stating that everything is fine, after which no action was taken Breakfast served was not at all upto the mark to the type of Hotel it is, very limited items and there was no one available on live counter. Too much loud noise coming out of the Hotel's inhouse pub that too till very late at night due to which we couldn't sleep properly. Disappointed with these small small things which ruined our stay.

Wonderful stay calm and peaceful place . All amenities and facilities were awesome. Excellent service and staff .. it was beautiful to visit and stay with safety security over there.. I give a 5 star to the property and the staff.
