Room had no phone instrument and no handwash and toilet rolls. Although the breakfast was complimentary but everyday they had only poha and chai. Only after telling them that we needed something different for breakfast then they gave us idlis

One of the worst hotel stays . I stayed for a week, and it was a complete disappointment. The hotel is located in an industrial area with no access to proper food nearby. The rooms are extremely small—nothing like what was shown . During my stay, there was constant maintenance work going on, making it impossible to relax due to the loud noise. The breakfast was terrible with the same boring menu every day, and the quality was poor. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bedsheets are disgusting. Staff very unprofessional and impolite. TV set up box does not function. Had to ask repeatedly to change bedsheet and blanket as it was dirty.
