The most important is Hotel condition specially of Rooms should be improved also cockroach. A.C.remote not available .One should climb over bed to ON/OFF A.C. Rooms lights arenot getting Off Once key is removed.

The worst ever ! dirty rooms

Hotel staff was very rude. Food was too bad. Foul smell from bathroom. The room stinks. The pic shown in booking is from some other hotel. Can’t sleep as the whole building keeps on vibrating throughout due to chemical factory next to it. Chemical smell is too terrible. Room boys were very dirty and they never give water in room

There is smell coming from bed and pellows. No hot water as well as no cheaning in the room. I'm trying to of the lights but there is no option to off the lights tv is not working properly small bathroom

When we reached at 1 pm. All room were occupied. They said room is not available. First they said if we could shift to another hotel but we i refused, then they asked us to stay in staff room beside reception till 3 pm. Overall very bad experience. Not proper hygine in room and washroom.

Below average dormitory

The cleanliness is not good. The bed was not that clean and same goes with washroom. Also they turn on ac after 11 pm only. No blankets were provided. They keep the entry door open for until l 11 pm. So much mosquitoes.

This is not a hotel, it is only a lodge. When we are staying in this lodge the mosquitoes and insects are entering the lodge room and when we are asked this to the manager he tells us this is monsoon season so the insects may be coming. Is this proper justification.
