Hotel City View

Despite being a budget hotel the room had no windows no exhaust even in the washroom. It was smelling like mould and I only had to pass few hours, I couldn’t sleep without a n95mask.

Hotel location is good near to highway and sanpada railway station but hotel facilities are not up to the mark like cleanliness of pillow also charging point not working,room fan is not in good condition.

Rooms are pathetic No ventilation in room / bathroom Very small room Food is pathetic

Non-AC room provided by City View hotel was pathetic (cramped, very very small bad odour and no window for ventilation), toilet sheet was dirty and damaged. Hotel staff says “itne paise main itna hi milega”. Then finally, I had to pay 800 cash extra for another AC room just stay for a night. I don’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Better go for other dormitory around with good rating.

Very poor experience room is too small and also third class service and also food is worst and also not properly cleaning and i including breakfast so only one items they provide i never senn this types of service

It was a safe and good experience with Clean rooms and friendly staff. Even a walkable distance to Sanpada Railway station and very near to Vashi station Inorbit Mall and Reliance Mall. Bus stop @ walkable distance and eateries also nearby from Vada Pav to Chicken rolls.

Very bad service, nothing is functional properly like tv, remote, bathroom, room light, smelly room.

While booking i had requested mm t for early check in as my train reaches in d morning at 7. I reached hotel by 8. 30 and asked for check in but manager said he will give me room by 12pm. Asked me to sit in waiting, i was asked to use common toilet which was very dirty, on repeated request they gave me room by 10. 30-11, the room was very tiny, dirty, stinky, as it was already paid in advance so i asked to change the bedsheet, they did somehow on 3 4 times request, i stayed last year also but that was good experience but this time it was hell

Bad smell from rooms, average kindda rooms, not well maintained no sanitation no cleaning done well just a message but manageable for a night.

It was a bull sheet property. The rooms and the place was totally unhygienic. We had to checkout in 45 minutes. Rooms had terrible smell, damp. Toilet sheet was broken. Toilet hygiene as if that even public toilets are better. Since we checked out in 45 minutes of checking, want a 100% refund.

Pathetic hotel. Too old hotel. Not at all clean. Walls are peelings. Tv doesn't work. No ventilation. Rude staff. I will never stay here again. pictures. Are misleading

Best place to stay, alone or single, employe are very good in management and responsibility. Best in class, good hygiene, good nature of all staff. It's a truly city view place. It's to good to stay here. It's truly city view place. Best in environment and good in management responsibility.

Food was below average ac power frequently they will switch off bathroom water will not drain cockroach were more.

A lot the rooms are rubbish, they are not as shown in the photos, they smell very bad, my experience was very bad, there is no option to cancel the room, never select this hotel

Price is ok, but room conditions are not good, rooms wall dumped and coming bad smells. Outside room no proper cleaning.

Yes the property is worth staying. As i was late in checking in they called me and wanted to know when i am coming. This is a very good gesture.
