Sunrise Residency

Rooms are very small. Bed height was too low. I could barely sleep well. Lot of noise in the morning as kitchen was closed by disturbed my sleep many times. Parking is limited but they provide valet facility. Morning breakfast food was also too oily and not up to the mark. It hardly qualifies as 3 star hotel. Ideally one can get much better hotel in half the price.

experience was good staff was also good room was clean just the tv was not working and i booked room with bath tub soo the tap was not working well for bathtub rest everything was good hotel and room and thier all services was fast too

Extremely Disappointed with the Stay – Not Recommended I booked a single room at this hotel and had a very bad experience. The amenities and services were far below expectations. Sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision: No complimentary drinking water – You have to pay for every water bottle, which is not acceptable for a hotel stay. AC not working – The room AC was leaking water badly. I reported it to the reception, but no support was provided. Bathroom issues – The sink was clogged and water wouldn’t drain properly. The shower wasn’t working either. Privacy concern – There was a ventilation opening in the bathroom, and it was clearly visible from outside. Very unsafe and uncomfortable. Poor breakfast quality – I booked with buffet breakfast included, but the food tasted bad and was not at all up to the mark. Unauthorized room entry – Hotel staff entered the room without our permission while we were out. Huge privacy and security concern. Missing basic amenities – No kettle, no tea/coffee setup, no mini fridge. No basic toiletries – Not even soap for bathing or a shaving kit was provided. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they seriously improve their service and facilities.

Room bahut small hai aur bahut oldest hotel hai room se aur room ke AC bahut bakvas hai totally waste of money

We were satisfied with facilities, house keeping and room service. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Sunrise Residency.

The experience was very bad, even the Ac got leaked and there was water all around, i complained but none gave any attention

It was very good overall however they provided the toiletries just for one day against a stay of four nights that too after intervention by MMT officers. It's good place to stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Location also well connected. Food is ok no much choice

i stayed here with my family for 3 night's.. hotel was at a good location, easily reachable from entire navi Mumbai. everything was super clean,rooms, bathrooms, basin,staircase, floors, restaurant's every thing. we enjoyed our stay

Rooms are very small. Bathroom floors are slippery. Asked for a coffee in the morning at 7. 20am, but refused and was told that will get along with your complimentry breakfast.

Good food service , cleanliness good . Good supporting staff. Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety.

The room is cleaned and food quality is good no hidden extra cost my overall experience is very good
