Good stay
Good place The hotel was neat and clean. Morning breakfast options were good. Outside food is not allowed and it was clearly informed while checking in process. The staff were very cooperative.

Good property, clean and with good amenities. My Bathroom had some drainage issue that was corrected after I requested. Overall supportive staff

1. NO shower, only hand shower 2. TV not working by remote, only working mannual way 3. AC cooling was not in control, even if set 30 C it cooling to 18 C. not rectified even after reporting 4. Gym not clean no water or napkin, need to infrom everytime to open, very bad 5. Food quality average and very high value.

shame on staff - Mansi
This is the worst stay in Mumbai, and the employee working there - Mansi, she is nothing but a mere unprofessional employee who is just working there to make your stay miserable , she will do anything to get money out of you, the whole staff is like that. She will put fines and charges for unnecessary things, and they make you wait for 2 hours just for check out! They force you to eat their shitty restaurant food, neither is their hotel clean, as per the mark. Mansi should be fired!! She is so unprofessional and an uncivilised employee, single handed of managed to tarnish ‘Fern’s” name

I stayed in the Fern Residency, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai for a week during work travel The hotel location, is something a big setback In room dining is way too expensive, a simple masala tea costed Rs 230 + taxes Laundry again was too expensive Room linens changed only one during the period

My room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s on-site restaurant, where I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast each morning. The variety of options available catered to all tastes, and everything I tried was delicious! The ambiance was perfect for starting my day on a positive note.
