Disappointing Stay
The shower holder was broken.. it did not hold the shower after turned on. There was water all over not a great start to the day. The AC controller buttons were damaged and did not allow me to increase the temperature. Not at all expected such things from Radisson brand. Most importantly when I was asked my experience while I was checking out, I was telling this and the associate who asked just left without even listening. Very disappointing.

A pleasant stay
The room was on the 6th floor with a hill view and very well maintained, complete with a required amenities for work as well as to relax. The recreation room was good, and so was the spa, pool too is good, water was clean maybe little maintenance needed on the sides and showers beside it can add a little more value. The food was the highlight, à la carte in the afternoon and buffet for dinner and breakfast

Overall experience are good.
Beverage offer should also be available for in room dinning. Stay and Food are good. Buffet and breakfast have a lots of option to eat.

The room that I was allotted had a leaking washroom non functional ac and fridge and was not cleaned and after 3 hours I was shifted to another room

Good Room, Great Ambience
Excellent Room , Good Service, Located well. Economic.. Only issue is with their Wifi..Very Poor.. Business Meetings and In room entertainment goes for a toss.. One small request to Management, Pls provide chair to Reception Desk.. There are female staffs too..

I would rate 4 on a scale of 5 as it lacked services as compared to contemporary four star hotels. Food was excellent. But services were not superb. They were not having hard copy of menu and internet was not working properly and so scanning of bare code of menu was not working properly. Moreover it was having more advertisement and some other stuffs, going to menu was frustrating. In spite of this, they were simply standing, they didn't bother to provide menu scanning through their own mobile or a hard copy print of menu card. Location was right. Facilities were very good, but lacked as per four star hotel. They had not provided hand towels, every time we have to ask for. Towels were not in good cleaning condition, some were having spots. They should have provided talc powder also. Reception staffs were ok, but not very courteous and generous. It is not acceptable when they insist for only aadhar card, not government IDs. This is insulting government and educational institutions. They said please wait and have tea/coffee, we are making your room ready. It is good that they made room ready soon, but didn't provide tea/coffee.
