Dissapointed stay
Random knocking sound from all floors, there was a neighbour who had kept door open throughout day and night with loud TV NOISE.Lastly, ordered the dinner but didn’t get it, re called so the dinning people said that they didn’t note down.

Horrible experience
We had booked 2 rooms for a staycation with my family. On reaching the hotel at 3 pm we were told that only 1 room is ready and we would have to wait for the other room. Ms. Sharanya at the front desk was brusque in her manner when we enquired as to why the room is not ready. Finally we go the second room after a good 20 minutes. Dinner was a sorry affair since most of the food in the buffet was stale. That night the room we woke to the sound of dripping water and drops splashing on my daughter's face and we found the room was leaking just near her bed. My husband, daughter and I had to sleep on one bed because of this. No hand towels were provided nor were towels given for the third person even though the rooms were booked on triple occupancy. As though all this was not enough we also found cockroaches crawling around in the room! When we notified the manager about all this during checkout, all he had to say was that he will speak to his team about this!

Average Stay
Good location, but it's a bit worn down property. Rooms definitely need an upgrade. Service was excellent though. Staff was very helpful. Gym can be a bit better. It's good but a bit small.

Experience of the room
The first superior room we got was not getting cooling then 2 times maintenance was done but nothing happened then they shifted us to another room and that room was perfect

Relaxing and rejuvenating stay for 3 nights
Pleasant stay for 3 nights at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson. Rooms were spacious and clean with all amenities being provided. Wifi also worked exceptionally well. Food quality and variety was also good and buffet was value for money. Location of hotel is also close to Navi Mumbai. We also used swimming pool, gym and spa facilities which met our expectations and was good and staff were courteous.

Hotel is okay , food was great! The room needs maintenance...room 702 bathtub needs maintenance. It’s really dirty and I couldn’t get myself to get into it.

A great stay with good serv
The rooms were great with all the facilities. The location is good and you can clearly see the mountains. the staff was courteous and professional. we had some additional requirements which they accepted politely and fulfilled the customers needs. very impressive. coming to the food, I think they should improve the quality of the food. The rotis were not cooked properly and the vegetable handi which he had ordered had a bad odour. Buffet spread was decent. Overall a good experience

Excellent Stay
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
