There is very strict restrictions then hotel , No Satisfied Service and Property Manager was very Rude, before I check inn in property I already ask for Visitors are allowed or not ..they said yes before check-in and after that they didn't allow to Visitors my experience is very bad

Worst place as they have everything in sharing with CCTV on the living room also they Parking which was said it's a sharing is a roadside parking and they was was so dirty not even cleaned

It is clearly mentioned that in case you book 1 or 2 rooms , living & dining space will be on sharing basis.To have complete privacy , we suggested you to book entire 3bhk, which you refused to book. CCTV is installed to ensure the safety & security of the guests and to avoid alcohol & smoking in the common areas. Please book entire 3Bhk for complete privacy

An average stay. Needs a lot of maintainance.

The stay was good though there were many maintenance issues. Many things needed maintenance like in the toilet, toilet pan was leaking, and was stinky. Rooms were not cleaned after requesting. The common kitchen was not cleaned properly.But I should mention. Mr. Ankit who not only took special care and was very coperative. We were given a small room initially but after request he changed and gave us a better room.Had a good stay overall but except better for next time.Thanks.

Dear Guest, You were not comfortable with the shared apartment arrangement, so we changed your room, after which you felt fine. However, it is not right to post incorrect comments. It is already clearly mentioned on the MMT portal that the apartment is on a shared basis. Giving wrong information after check-in is unfair.

We appreciate your feedback, however out of 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms are inside the room and 1 washroom is just outside the room. All the apartments in Building have similar arrangement.

Property doesnt have elevators and my parents are old which caused them lot of travels also stairs are very narrow so lot of chances you may fall over. Property has a rule that gates will be locked post 11 pm which i dont like as i visited mumbai to attend ceremony

Location is superb very close to the market but yet very quite. The management was very cooperative. I did a mistake while booking and did not read clear instructions but they gave me additional room for zero cost and also adjusted for a driver room for zero cost. This speaks a lot about their service and understanding.

soloComfortable peaceful. It's in a very good locality. Railway as well as bus station is 15 mins away maximum. In house food is tasty and hygienic. I would recommend anyone to book this. It's affordable and quality at its best.
