location great, good not available, anenities ok. service is so so not up to the mark. can't even provide cutlerys if food procured from outsidd

The hotel location was great, it was quite easily accessible. But once we got our room the bedsheet was not at all clean, it had stains. The blanket was also not cleaned it had some stains too. The hotel employee changed our room but the other room had the similar issues. They should really look into the hygiene!

Very bad hotel, bad sheets bad service, they didnt even have a spoon. Wont go again

When i entered the hotel it was stinking ..i thought ok room will be ok...but room was also stinking there was no exhaust fan in the room ..no handwash nothing was there even window wads also broken..pathetic stay it was ..i shifted to nearby hotel in the same day evening..was feeling unbearable to stay for even one day..earlier i was staying but this time it was very smelly

ac were not working properly, toilet seat was broken they just gave one towel for 2 person overall experience is thumbs down

It has been an absolutely horrible experience where we were denied a room (mind you it was fully paid beforehand and booking was confirmed) when we tried to check-in in the afternoon heat of Mumbai! The staff was very impolite. We had to search for an alternative accommodation last minute. Hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I stayed there for 4 days,and no one came for room service , it was terrible ,someone kept knocking on my door repeatedly and I was like ,"what going on ? "Wheather I stayed for 1 day or 4 days,you still have to follow your protocol (especially room service 😡)

Very unhygienic. Torn bedsheets. Torn towels. Room not cleaned since ages. There was no drinking water.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel, I will remember the experience any time. The hotel here is very good in terms of price rate and I would like to book hotels from Make My Trip whenever I come, which I do at any time.

It was a very nice stay ..first i booked for two days only as i was confused whether it will be good or not..but it gives feeling of home ..i extended it to 10 days..staff is very good natured people and supportive also..location of hotel is awesome..thanks

Stay was good. Rooms were clean. Hotel can work on service of towels and fresh napkins. Locality is good. More staff can be hired for instat service. Overall good experience we had. Can lower their cost.

Rooms were not cleaned ash tray was not cleaned… washroom buckets were not in good condition.Curtains had lipstick stains & all .

hotel megh inn vashi is not good and safe my experience with the hotel is terrible after checking in within half an hour I left the hotel and informed associate but denied to refund my booking money which was very disappointing
